Testimonials

“The people are some of the warmest and most welcoming, nicest people a person could hope to meet in a church, or really any place. They are the very meaning of a church family, always showing compassion and concern for all who attended, even if not official members. All are welcomed is not just a saying here but it’s proven in every act they make.  If you are looking for a new church this is definitely the place to go, no matter what region you may be.”

– Kristine Sami

Small Groups Ministry

If you are feeling the need to strengthen your prayer life then this Zoom small group session is for you! Beginning on Wednesday January 20th at 7 p.m., Pastor Jake, Pastor Mike, and the Deacons will be leading teachings on the six petitions of the Lord’s Prayer along with guided discussions of prayers of individuals from the Bible who exemplify each petition. Imagine discussing the prophet Elijah’s prayer against the 450 false prophets of Baal in the context of Jesus teaching to pray “Thy Kingdom Come”. We will also engage in a group prayer time and provide suggestions to enrich your personal prayer life. Please contact Pastor Jake for the Zoom link and discussion materials.

A faith that can pull us through the worst - and best - times in our lives. This is the kind of faith that James writes about. It is the faith that we practice day by day. Studying James will help us grow a steadfast faith that can carry us through life."  Contact Karen via email no later than Sunday, January 3rd, if you are interested in attending to allow time for her to place the Bible study book order.
